Privacy policy PROBASUREXPORT
This Privacy Policy has as its primary objective to inform our customers/suppliers that PROBASUREXPORT, hereinafter THE COMPANY, to comply with each provision contained in the Organic Law of Protection of Personal Data (the Fifth Supplement to the Official Registry 459, 26-V-2021), its Regulations and standards are complementary.
I. PURPOSE OF THE PERSONAL DATA REQUESTED
THE COMPANY may request of their customers, suppliers, employees, applicants, and, in general, the owners of personal data, its information with the purpose of:

V. PROCEDURE FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHTS
The owner may exercise their rights through datospersonales@probasurexport.com, attaching required documents. THE COMPANY will respond within the time limits established in the law.

THE COMPANY, as the controller of the information, be able to make transfers to national or international data as necessary to provide services to customers.
